We want you to be fully satisfied with your Napapijri purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, follow our simple online process for a quick refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized collection point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
